Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Includes:
- One full day of exclusive access to the property
between 9:00 am and midnight (this is the total access time
provided, so events must start at least two hours after 9:00 am and end at least one hour before midnight).
- One onsite attendant to be present for the
duration of the event.
- Lodge available to bride and bridesmaids for
dressing up to three hours before the event start time (see additional options below for groom and groomsmen dressing location).
- If the event includes a wedding ceremony,
one hour of rehearsal time on the grounds is offered the day before the event,
subject to availability (Main House and Lodge are not available during the rehearsal time).
- Capacity of 300+ on our manicured grounds.
- Catering and rental items (such as tents, tables, chairs) are additional.

A
50% nonrefundable deposit on rental fee is required to secure
date; balance of rental fee and
all other items due 90 days before the event date. If cancellation
occurs more than 6 months before
the event date, all payments except the nonrefundable deposit
will be refunded.

7–- 10 days after the event.
Additional Options:
Services
- Bunkhouse available for groom and groomsmen for dressing up to three
hours before the event start time ~ $250 (all personal belongings must be removed from the Bunkhouse before the event start time).
- Engagement/Portrait sitting prior to the
event (photographer not included). ~ $100 M - F, 9 am - 5 pm; $200 evenings and weekends (see additional portrait information at link on the right).
- Wedding director provided for rehearsal
(1 hour), ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours), with two
hours of consulting time prior to the wedding. ~ $700
- Electric golf cart transportation with dedicated driver to transport guests between the Main House and restrooms located on the ground floor of the Lodge. ~ $425 for up to 4 hours. (The Main House and Lodge are about 100 yards apart, but guests with mobility issues or high heels might find this option useful.)
- Catering ~ Willow Oaks does provide in-house catering, and you may also choose from our list of approved caterers (see link to list on the right). There is a fee of $250 for use of approved outside caterers on our list, and an additional $100 fee to use an outside caterer who is not on our list. These fees are billed to the caterer and are almost always passed on to the client.
- Alcohol ~ Willow Oaks does allow alcohol service, which is provided exclusively by Martins Professional Bartending (see link to sample bar menus on the right--these are just examples to get you started).
Accommodations
- Lodging for up to 20 guests in the Lodge. Departure
by 1:00 pm the next day. ~ $1850 night. Discounts available
for multiple night stays.
- Lodging for up to 6 guests in the Bunkhouse.
Departure by 1:00 pm the next day. ~ $700 night.
Rehearsal Dinners
- Host your rehearsal dinner in the Lodge using
in-house catering (catering costs additional) for up to 30 guests
(seated inside) or up to 100 guests for standing events (with some seating available). Earliest access time is 4:00 pm; latest ending
time is 11 pm. ~ $1000 if using our in-house catering service;
$1200 if using an outside approved caterer, plus applicable caterer fees.
Outdoor Activities
- Guided Nature Tours (for groups of up
to 30), 4-hour min ~$500, $100 for each additional hour.
- Skeet shooting ~ $500 for up to 2000
rounds, $15 for each additional round (25 shots per round).
- Fishing ~ included with overnight packages.
